Looking for SMOOTHEST android browser.

I notice how most galaxy s phones have the smoothest stock browsers and that's not only due to it's amazing specs. it's because the browser checkerboards when scrolling to reduce processing power. also when you pinch to zoom in galaxy s phones it blurs the text and doesnt focus until you take your fingers off the screen therefore reducing processing power again (iphone does both these things too). this overall leads to a better/smoother browsing experience.
Basically i'm looking for an android browser that uses the checkerboard technique and the blur then focus technique. If there isnt one. why not?

EDIT: Nevermind! firefox does checkerboarding and blur zooming! way smoother than stock!!
