Hi Folks...
About a year and a half ago (how time flies), the good folks on this board helped me unlock and root (with 'S' off) my original Droid Incredible. At that time, I installed the "GB OTA (4.08.605.2) plus Extras" ROM that was found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1260994. My phone has been running flawlessly ever since.
My wife's phone (again, an original Incredible) has been a little buggy at times. So when my daughter gave me an Incredible she no longer uses, I thought I would "fix it up" for my wife to use by following the same procedures and using the same ROM. The unlocking and rooting went fine, but it appears that the ROM is no longer available... at least I can't find it. In the meantime, I installed CM7 on the phone. Yes... it's cool and powerful, but I really would rather just have the ROM, or one like it, that's on my Incredible.
SO.... does anyone know if the aforementioned ROM is still available somewhere?? Or is there a later version for an unlocked and rooted Incredible that would be similar? That ROM was perfect for me... simply "plug and play" and very stable.

P.S. I see most of these threads are really old and there might not be much interest in the Incredible anymore. Kinda makes me a little sad... this phone has been so great and reliable!
