Does anyone know if there is a todo application for android out there with:
1. non-cloud sync with outlook.
2. not hooked up to the calendar.
The main thing I need with a phone is good PIM functionality. All phones seem to have good calendar and contact applications, but it seems that almost all phones have dropped the todo list app.
First, I need it to sync with outlook on my desktop PC. I am not interested in cloud based solutions like remember the milk as my todo items are work related (confidential) and I would prefer that they are not placed in the hands of a third party.
Second, most of my todo items are not date based and I need to view items by priority and/or category rather than by date. I don't want them hooked by default to my calendar as they are on some phones. I wouldn't mind if they show up in my calendar if there is a date added, but in general this is not required.
