Newbie
i looking for two apps, i have searched but no avail:

1. shopping/to do list app: i would like one that has the checkoff feature and works well with a barcode scanner or have one. i would like to have more than one shopping list or to do list at a time. i came from blackberry and was using mycart pro, good program in my opinion. so was maraticks. any suggestions are greatly appreciated

2. barcode scanner: i would like one that will give the option of storing or saving the information into a shopping list, if that is at all possible.

i have searched but was not able to find anything. Still learning the android system, so i am sure more questions are to come.

TIA

I use "Colornote" as well. You can create as many list as you like. You can place each note on your home screen as a widget or in the notification bar. I use both" "Barcode scanner" and "Google shopper"

Have you checked out Springpad? It saves notes, products, and places you want to remember as well as organize them (e.g. I'm using it to implement Getting Things Done (GTD)). It is synchronized and accessible from your phone (android and iphone mobile app) as well as on your browser (PC). You can create shopping lists (and other checklists) and a barcode scanner is built-in onto the Springpad Small and Large widgets.

I use Our Groceries but my top priorities were list sharing and cross platform support since my wife has an IP4. I'm not familiar with Mycart Pro or Maraticks so I can't comment on how comparable they are. Grocery apps have certainly been discussed in the past so don't overlook searching the forums.

i am using both mighty grocery lite and out of milk. so far i like out of milk because of the multiple lists and the scanner. also becuse u can have a master list and connect the sublists to it. i do have a couple of questions since i have not used in the store.

with MG paid version, can u have multiple lists?

with either one, if i scan the store bar code, will the product info pull in (like pricing)?

thanks to all for their suggestions.
