Looking for

Lurker
I joined the Android world with the purchase of my HTC Evo last year. I love the many free and inexpensive application available through the Android Market and ease of downloading/installing them on my Evo. I am looking for a good, relatively inexpensive tablet that has most of the features and capabilities of my Evo. I have tried the MID Android 2.2 Tablet (from China) and have had little success getting to do simple tasks (i.e. factory reset freezes.)

I am looking for any information and/or suggestions from this forum.:o

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. We have sub forums for each android tablet here that you might want to look through. Here is a link to them: Android Tablets & MIDs - Android Forums You should be able to form an educated opinion after reading through the tablet sub forums. Best of luck to you and thanks for taking the time to say hello.

I think the 3-4 top tablets (in no order)

Motorola Xoom
Samsung 10.1
Asus Transformer
Toshiba (something?)

Most of the honeycomb stuff should be pretty good. Thos poor MIDs just never worked right, we see so many support questions about those.

Anyways welcome to AF!
