Root looking to downgrade to 4.1.1

Hey all, was just wondering if anyone had a good ROM for 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 that I could use to flash my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

Would really appreciate it. I already know how to do it. Just can't seem to find a good download.

I wish to downgrade to 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 and have followed the links on the sticky at the top of all things root. However this refers to ROM 4.03 but will not work on 4.04, or presumably later.

So:

Is the ROM the O/S like 4.2.2 which is the one I want to dump or is this a BIOS ROM?
If so how di I find the ROM number?

Are there step by step instructions on how to update the later ROMs?

I have never rooted anything before therefore I am a bit nervous about doing this, the update 4.2.2 has rendered my tablet virtually unusable as far as I am concerned so I need to backdate it. Samsung are no help at all in providing the previous O/S which is as far as I can work out 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 but I am not sure. Are they different for tabs with wi-fi or those with SIM cards?

So any help please.............

Where to find the O/S, or do I use the alternative cyanogen?
