Looks cool but, 5 hours battery when using GPS?

I guess that's probably good for the masses but I imagine many treks would require more than 5 hours! Maybe I'm being silly though, Perhaps 5 hours in todays day and age is pretty good for constant tracking in a device that size..

It does look very fitness-y :P. Would battery life be a problem for you?

I think it's designed to track a run by GPS. I might run five minutes.. but five hours... no way. Five hours with GPS enabled would work for me. Most of the activities / calorie burning would be charted by movement as I understand it. I think the battery life is rated for 2.5 days in that mode.

It is sharp looking... very sharp.

I don't think it will be a real issue. Normal short runs or walks in the local area will suffice for the Grip. For those like me that like to go hiking, we always use the phone for tracking. On our treks we have a spare 12,000ma battery in our pack to make sure the phone always has juice in the event of an emergency. The grip is well designed imo.
