i have flash my exhibit sgh-t599n with a file (T599N_Pre-rooted) to get my phone back to metro pcs original state now its in a loop rebooting loop, can someone help me with this issue thanks in advance

Reboot into recovery and wipe data and cache, I had the same problem a while back and this fixed it.

Well you shouldn't have that problem with something flashed using odin. Try a factory reset in recovery and if that doesn't work you might just have to flash a custom rom.
