Root Looping AT&T logo PLEASE HELP

PLEASE help me T-T I have a ROGERS captivate and
I recently got stock ROGERS 2.3.3 T-T
and I tried doing this

and now my phone loops AT&T Logo and Rogers loading and Galaxy S thing.. T-T It actually boots and i can access the phone for like 10 seconds and then It goes to AT&T logo again T-T WHAT DO I DO
I JUST GOT THIS PHONE AM I SCREWED? PLEASE HELP ME :'(

You're going to want to a do a little looking into this before you jump in, but I would think you'd use one of the Odin One-click restores like this

[STOCK ROM] Odin3 One-Click Downloader and Drivers CAPTIVATE ONLY - xda-developers

You're going to want to make sure that it works for Rogers though, as I'm on AT&T and I've never tried it.

Does it let you boot into download mode?
