Loopy Wi-Fi?

Ordinarily, the Wi-Fi on my RAZR MAXX works fine wherever I go, even the free ones: Mickey D's, Bob Evans, almost any Wi-Fi. The only place I can't connect using the phone is my local library. Once I tell my phone to connect to the library, it just keeps looping through "Saved" and "Connecting" without ever connecting. I would have thought this was a problem with the library and its security; however, my wife can get her Samsung Droid Charge on without any trouble at all, suggesting the problem is in my phone.

Anyone have any ideas why my phone just goes loopy in the library? Thanks, all.

I put this question to the local library staff. The first person I asked had a RAZR; it exhibited precisely the same behavior as my RAZR MAXX. We went to talk to another staffer, who pulled out an iPhone and got right on line. And as I said in my original post, my wife's Samsung Droid Charge gets on line there with no trouble at all. The library staff is going to run this to ground and see what they get. In the meantime, I hope to go to another branch and see if the problem happens there as well.
