Help loose battery

Hi everyone

I'm new on this forum and I have a question.

I own a Samsung galaxy Ace 2x since february. Now I'm having a weird problem. When I drop it on my desk of the table at home, the phone shutdown by itself.

I stop by the place when I bought it, they told me that they never saw that but they recommend me to put a pieces of paper between the battery and the cover to prevent the battery to come out of her spot.

Do some of you ever experienced that?

never experienced this myself but apparently it works. it fills the gap but you need to be careful the battery doesn't overheat. If there's a problem with the phone though shouldn't the place you bought it be fixing it?
