Loose connector???

Hi guys,

I got my Hero 3G (the one with the chin) a few days ago and I just noticed that when I tap the back of the phone near the camera or when I bounce it on my bed, I hear a tiny sound like there is something loose inside the phone.

Is this normal? Is it something like a motion detector with a moving part for instance?

Hi,

Rough guess it's the orientation pendulum, play teeter or turn a text msg sideways you'll see.

So it's normal? Can you hear a tiny sound aswell when you tap the top (?) or are you unable to test this, cuz you don't ow a Hero?

Nope, my doesn't make any sounds when I tap it.

Hmmm... Strange...

Does anyone else's have this?? It's a really tiny sound. A vibrating kind of sound like something is loose inside.

Don't have any problems though, but I'm worried it might cause problems in the future and since I only have it for a few days I can still swap it.

My Sprint Hero does this too. I always thought it was the trackball rattling in its place.
