Loose Screen? HELP!!!!

I have a HKC 7" Capacitive Multi-Touch Tablet and when I touch the screen it makes a creaking noise in the middle and a corner? Is the screen loose? And what do I do about it? Should I worry about it?
 
Sounds like just bad build quality. If it were mine, I'd return it and ask to be allowed to handle the replacement (and turn it on) before accepting it. (To check that nothing's loose, creaking, not working, etc. Once burned ...)
