Root lost 4g somehow and cant get it back

well all of a sudden my phone dropped down to 1x and I cant get 4g. what is going on?? how can i fix this?
 
Well the thing is...it has been like this for about 5 days. I didn't post about it because I thought I had just reached my cap for the month...but I payed my bill for the month today and it hasn't went back up to 4g.
 
when u hit cap it dosnt take away your 4g icon at top, metro just slowers your speed to around 120 kbps which is 1x speed i suggest u follow how to turn off your 4g and make it switch to 3g my 3g speeds are almost 1mbps

Results for me! instead of being throttled around 120 kbps look at my 3g speeds lol

My gf has an optimus and she can't get 3g so I know I don't have it in my area lol
 
on the phone with metro now talking to someone over seas it sounds like lol...we will see what happens....

I take no responsibility, for the next statement, this is to help P-bOt, if you mess sh!t up I cant be liable.

default dial pad ##626* 587846, your phone MDN, MIN needs to be set by metro, HOME SID, if its different then "6503" then remove the ZERO, 6503, is the Metro Default HOME SID, not set by a program, if you feel I am wrong please correct me. but I know some high up guys in metro Telecom, and they assure me its correct.

just did this...it didnt work :(

the edit wont even stick. as soon as it reboots its back to 06503
 
no it had a zero in front. i deleted the zero and it rebooted and everything but when i went back into the menu it was back to having a zero in front.
