Lost Bluetooth Connection

Until last weekend I was able to connect my Samsung Android phone to my 2010 Nissan Sentra via bluetooth. Now my phone doesn't recognize my car at all. It worked on one call while travelling, and then the next call wouldn't come thru my car. I took my phone into my phone provider and they said the problem is probably w/my car's bluetooth system.

Does anyone know how I can tell if the problem is with my phone's bluetooth or my car's bluetooth?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks:confused:

Basic troubleshooting would be to try and pair another phone with your car and try and pair your phone with another bluetooth device. See if you can do either. I know that sometimes my phone/car gets confused and I have to clear them both and re-pair. I think that's the nature of these's built-in hands free systems.
