I have a Note 3, and had a gmail account associated with it. I got all my contacts back except the latest ones that I saved in the past 2 days. Before I did a factory reset and sold the phone, I backed up all the data manually on windows (Dragged all the android phone files to a folder)... But I cant find the contacts, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, the contacts aren't in the folders you copied. They're in a secure location on the phone not accessible when you plug the phone into a PC.

If you did not give the phone time to sync to Google, and the contacts are lost, AFAIK you can't get them back anymore.
