Root Lost Custom Recovery

Need help getting TWRP back, i think my phone was hacked because it wont boot into TWRP, it just stays on the LG screen and on the upper left hand corner it says

[350] fastboot_init()
[450] USB init ept @ 0xffdf000
[470] udc_start()

Also i do not have a computer so is there a way to get TWRP back without one?

Why is 'my phone's been hacked' everyones go to reason for why they have a problem? That's highly unlikely. No one is going to hack your phone just to mess up TWRP. They're going to do it to steal your personal info.

ok thanks for replying so quickly and i forgot to mention that i am not on the stock lg rom, i am on omni rom that i downloaded form here, so would that make a difference?

No it wouldn't, just follow the link @bg4m3r provided.
Nobody hacked your phone. Somehow you inadvertently deleted/corrupted/messed your recovery. Just follow the link and you'll be up and running.
