Help Lost dead phone with no Internet and tracking apps

Help pls I lost my s3 2days ago at hk airport ); n since I'm overseas I cannot connect to wifi so plan b is hopeless for me (unless the theif find the wifi) n I think that my phone is probably dead by now I also did not install any trackking apps in my phone is there any way I can still retrieve my phone tracking using phone number or something like that PLS HELP!!!!! I miss my phone so much );

Only way to retrieve your phone is to call it and ask the person to return it. If it was stolen you might be able to get a replacement but if it was that you just lost it you might have to pay a replacement fee.
