Hiya, i kept getting messages saying low storage on my phone, so me being silly cleared alot of data, now my phone is practically back to the 'factory settings' contacts, messages and some photos have gone... is there any thing i can do to reverse this??? xx

Sorry to hear that ..
I used Free Pandora File Recovery - Find and recover deleted files of any type. to get back files to my phone.
You need to put the mini SD card into a card reader and run it from there.
I'm sure there are other programs out there too.
Good luck!

In the future need to do a phone backup and sync your contacts with Google Account storage

I use 'MyPhoneExplorer' FJ Software Development for all backup/sync/transferring files etc, it does everything KIES does except updating the OS.
