Lost file

Hi

I have a samsung galaxy SII that I have just rooted. Everything went well and worked as it should. My problem is I installed, Root Unistaller by Dohkoos and started deleting unwanted apps. but I deleted a system file and now when I boot the phone up I get a message,
'TwL launcher has stopped'
and I don't get a display. All I can see on the screen are the icons across the top, clock, battery and signal.
