Help LOST IP ADDRESS

hi. My phones IP Address got lost, I don't know how. Now I want to know how can I make it work again, can't connect to wifi. I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 with Android 5.0.2
 
Your phone ip address should be from the wifi router right? You can't/don't connect to wifi that is why your phone don't have ip address. Is your wifi chip ok? Can you see the MAC Address is displayed when you turn on the wifi?
 
The thing that i dont understand is that it was working and suddenly the next day it didn't work. Ok i've put in an ip address and its connected to the wifi but still doesn't want to go on to the internet.
 
ok I've done it. My phone shows it connected to the wifi but still doesn't want to connect to the internet or facebook or playstore or nothing:( How do i know if i have the right IP address?
 
When you log in your router will allocate it an IP address so that is unlikely to be the issue. Next thing to try is to forget the Wi-Fi connection on your phone and set it up again.
