Help Lost mobile network

I have installed by accident another version from another country on my Galaxy tab and since that time i lost my provider mobile networks. My tab is GT-P7500V that's mean is Videotron a Quebec provider. I saw others provider when i search the networs but the videotron's one is not appearing on the list of available network. I searched all around on the net for a version of Honeycomb 3.2 that can be give me back that videotron signal but impossible to find it.

Is it existing a way to recover my provider signal or a version of honeycomb for Cana da can do it?
