Lost music app

my downloaded music will no longer play on any application including power amp & android music-I get a message that reads the player does not support the audio file-cannot use music as ringtones-all other apps work-please help!:mad:
 
Welcome to the forums. I would suggest that you put this question in the forum section specific to your phone. It sounds like a codec(s) somehow got damaged, a hard reset would probably fix that up though you will need to re install all apps and settings.
