Help Lost my mobile network connection 2 days in a row.

I lost my mobile network connection all of a sudden yesterday morning. All of the sudden I couldn't connect to internet (without wifi) and I noticed there was nothing where the 4G is usually seen at the top of the phone screen. I have had the phone around 6 weeks and no problems like this before. In settings the mobile network said "not connected", even though the button was green and toggled to "on". I called Verizon and they had me try several things which didn't work. Eventually they had me pull the battery and at same time reinsert the Sim card and it then started working again. The lady from Verizon said she had not seen this problem before. Wifi was off by the way. This same problem happened again today so I did the battery pull and pulled/reinstalled the Sim card and I am now again connected to the mobile network. Any ideas whats going on here???

Another way that works when this occurs is switch airplane mode on then switch it back off.

I'll give that a try if it happens again! Thanks. Have you had this same problem? That would be a lot easier than the way I have done it.

It did happen before I reset the second time. It's been a month since I reset the second time. Been good since then tho.
