It wouldn't do that automatically. If the folders contain data from apps, you can copy the files from the old sd card to the new one.

Unfortunately i format the old sd card because i put it in another mobile phone... now its imposible to make android to re-setup the new sd card and install the system folders again???

There are no "system" folders on the sd card, or at least there shouldn't be. The folders apps and android need to use the sd card will be created on an as-needed basis. Most of these are hidden folders.

Ok but if i want to change for example an notification sound where i will put my mp3 song? I cannot find anywhere the "media" folder.

Just create a new one. As long as the audio file is in a folder on the SD card named 'notifications' it will be available. Same thing for 'ringtones'. The media folder is just a standard convention for organizing. It's not mandatory.

Can anyone tell me how I can un-hide hidden folders.
With my phone's sd card, when inserted in a computer, I can see all available folders made by apps that were moved to sd. Like Nook folder, pic editing folders, etc. With my Vizio tab's sd, when I try to look at it on the computer, no folders show up, except the one i created on the computer itself. I know the folders are there, I can see them with Astro, but not with my Windows Vista computer. I need to see them on the computer though. For example, to be able to read my own files on Nook, i need to put them in the Nook folder, which is not visible.
I hope it's ok I posted my question here. This topic was one of the few relevant results when Googling hidden sd folders.
