lost photo's.....help

I stupidly deleted all my photo's, I tried a recovery software on my PC, which restored some but not all.
Then because I thought they'd gone forever I took more pics, now I've when I go into my files on my phone the thumbnails are my original pic but when I open then they are new ones .....so now I'm wondering at they really really gone forever....please help they are NH pic of my baby that I didn't back up

I have used this before when I had the same problem. I used the "deep scan" option and it got all of the photos.

Would this Recuva also be able to undelete several dozen mp3 music files. I was reorganizing my music folder and copied 3 folders to the clipboard. Next thing I knew they weren't in the clipboard or anywhere else that I can see.
