Help lost photos

I really need help trying to recover my photos from Hide It Pro. I bought a new phone and i thought i could just redownload the app and put in my password and they would be there. My photos are gone and really want to retrive them if possible. They did transfer my contacts and photos from my note 5 to my Google Pixel, but not the ones on Hide It Pro. Can someone help me please.
 
Hide it pro encrypts the files, so once deleted from device, it's gone forever. They are not stored in the cloud or elsewhere

Thank you for the response the problem is I did not delete the photos all I did was buy a new phone from a different carrier and I thought when they transferred everything will transfer over but they only transfer photos and contacts and I assume the hidden photos I had on Hide It Pro with transfer so when I logged into the new phone on Hide It Pro everything was gone

So if I lost it forever and I totally understand but I did not delete the photos I just transferred phones from different phone company so if they're still lives away can you please let me know thank you so much
 
I think hide it pro only saves the data on the device it's installed on. You can't access those files on the new phone because they only exist on the old phone. If you still have the old phone you could use a file manager and try to find those photos off the old phone and transfer them to the new one
