Root Lost root

The thread title's rather self-explanatory. I decided (after a couple months of waiting) to remove some of the bloatware from the phone, but when I went into Titanium Backup, it said root access was denied (or something along those lines). I went into Superuser and, lo and behold, I don't have root access anymore, for some reason. I have no idea what happened, or if one of the system updates removed my root access, but even that doesn't make any sense to me, since I'd gotten 4-5 updates and hadn't lost root access. I can't remember the last update I'd gotten, but I haven't gotten any since... before Valentine's Day, at least. So I must've lost root some time around then, since I haven't used any root-requiring apps since around that time.

tldr; I lost root and need it back. How would I go about this?

I didn't put CWM or a ROM on my phone. All I did was unlock it and apps like Superuser and Titanium Backup worked just fine. Now all of a sudden they don't work and I don't have root access anymore. I'm at a loss as to what to do now.
