Help Lost video

I can no longer play video in the YouTube app or xScope browser or my local news station app. I can play video in Chrome and the Vimeo app. This is weird. I've cleared caches, turned off AdAway, turned off Xposed, nothing seems to help. What did I do?

Verizon rooted stock 4.2.2

Dolphin won't play YouTube videos either. Chrome works fine.

* I uninstalled Flash and now I can't reinstall it. It's not in the Play Store and the Adobe website requires Flash to download Flash.

I got xScope to reinstall Flash and it worked at least once then quit again.
