Love My SGS3 - Hate the Water Drop Sounds

I have disabled them. I have deleted them (I am rooted so I could). THEY KEEP COMING BACK! Anyone have suggestions?

I disabled them in the settings. It seems that whenever i turn the volume down and back up, they automatically turn on.

I have deleted the files from the location in settings and it was fine for a few days. I restarted my phone, adjusted the volume and the damn sounds are back.
