Love this...

As a long time Apple Computer, iPad & iPhone user, I can honestly say that iPhone's are very good considering their proprietary somewhat restricted functionality. I've had every single one up to the present iPhone 5S.

Concurrently I've been using Android since the G1 was released via T-Mobile. The biggest jump in performance, stability, and functionality appeared with Android 4.0 and higher. At least that's my experience.

I can't even imagine using an iPhone any longer, as my primary smartphone. Between the vast speed increase that one enjoys using a swiping keyboard like SwiftKey or SWYPE, combined with the very spacious larger displays of the top line Androids, it's no contest, at least for my usage requirements.

In fact I enjoy Android so much that I've always got a couple active and ready to choose from. My Nexus 5 is tied as a favorite with my Note 3 based on my personal preferences. Having a choice of size is very nice, plus it keeps things interesting.

I'm looking forward to the new models that'll be released in the coming months. There's lots of good things happening in the Android Space.
