Help Low Free Ram

Without running any app my S6 is showing only 381 MB available RAM in the Smart Manager App.
When I ran the Clean all tab then it shows 691 MB is now available!

This seems very little RAM is left even though nothing is running on the cell.
Is this normal?

Absolutely that's perfectly normal. RAM usage should be about 70-80% or even a little more. Android handles RAM very well, freeing up RAM as needed.

DO NOT install any RAM cleaner/booster/optimizer! They are counterproductive and actually can slow your device and waste power. To understand why, read this:

Thanks for the replies and explanations.
Coming from Windows I was under the impression that more free ram is better for the OS to operate.
But now I know that Android has a different way of doing things, I'm happy to learn that all's well.
