I am only using approximately 12 MB of space on the internal storage... all my other apps are on my SD card. However, due to all the preloaded crap that Metro put on the phone, I only have about 20 MB left. I keep getting notifications about low space... is there anything I can do about this? Get rid of the bloatware? I've read about rooting the phone and stuff but I'm not very techsavvy and the last thing I want to do is kill my phone... Someone please help me!

Rooting isn't going to brick you.. just follow the directions.
Root, delete the 20+MB of crap metro put on there and enjoy.
and you can turn your phone off and back again helps a little
and uninstall apps that you do not use i dont use like 25 apps
