Root Low Memory Dialog Activity

This is coming up in my running services I'v tried closing it and it just comes back. So I started poking around and I'm thinking it has to do with /hidden/data/backup folders that I had deleted without realizing that it's not backed up by nandriod noobe mistake. But anyway here's what I found there's a file called init.rc that has lines referring to those folders. If I edit out everything referring to those folders I can close the low memory dialog activity and it doesn't come back problem is when I reboot the init.rc file reverts back to it's original state. So what I'm hoping is that someone could upload a copy of the hidden folder or tell me how to make the edit of init

Upgraded to CM7 and this is no longer an issue. Thank you tickerguy and isaacj87
 
I don't remember deleting anything on my phone (including folders or anything else), but the LowMemoryDialogActivity is constantly running. Why is this? Is there an easy way to fix it? Please help!
