My phone keeps giving me a low message warning. I have called the 800 center MANY times and they tell me to factory set my phone. this is getting extremely old and frustrating!!! I have tried to move my files over to my sd card which almost empty. When I try the button is greyed out and I can't get anything to move. Please help!
