Root low on memory . looking to remove apps that cant be deleted.

i have a friend who is looking to remove apps there were factory installed to free up some memory... maybe root his phone . im not very familiar with this phone... maybe give me a link to further answer my question or directly help ? thanks much . <3

First, no need to make a post in both Ally and All Things Root.
Second, your friend will need to root to remove the bloatware.
