Low on space - not

[Android Question]

I am getting the "Low on space, Phone storage space is getting low" message and icon but I have plenty of space. Now my gmail has stopped syncing. I've deleted everything the phone allows me to delete anyway, but the icon won't go away.

Reboot to recovery. Clear cache. Reboot. Turn the phone off. Turn the phone on.
