Help "Low on volume space" message

I keep getting a message that I am "low on volume space". I started getting it yesterday, and I didn't download any new apps or anything, but I did add some music to the SD card. This morning I deleted a bunch of apps I don't use, and I still get the msg. When I went into "settings" and "storage" it tells me I have 842mb available.

I also see there is a "format internal storage" menu option. If I do that, what will I lose?

Everything stored on internal memory will be erased.

you need a task killer then you could be using all the ram and overloading it
