Help Low Phone Memory - What can I do?

I keep getting notifications that my memory is low and I've moved any apps I think can safely be put onto my SD card (with Titanium). Is there anything else I can do besides uninstalling apps? I'm not even sure how I can see what is on my phone's memory.

In 2.1 the memory data is located in "sd card and phone storage" (menu > settings).

Some users swear by apps such as "MemoryUp Pro" for optimization of the device's internal memory.
