Help low phone storage memory

i did factory reset and still having this problem "low phone storage memory"

I only have whatsApp installed in my phone memory. And facebook in SD card. no other application is installed. then why im getting this message.

please help me how can i get rid of this.

its so irritating and makes my phone useless

Can your device take screen shots it looks like your Facebook may have made its own memory slot and the wats app also did . are you rooted

No im not rooted.
Yes my device is able to take screen shots.

Please let me know if i have to follow some steps

On Facebook do you post a lot of photo and do you send a lot of photos through wats app .

OK now can I ask what size SD card you have

I used to use 1GB sd card but i recently change SD card to 2 GB.
This new SD card is old not new

You can move apps to SD card if its a large card. I know Facebook uses 54.00 mb . whatsapp is the same . do you need help with that

You may want to invest in a bigger card something in the range of 4-8 or a 16. GB card please make sure this is a class 10 card .

Application manager shows. Facebook is installed in SD card.
Is not it possible to use phone memory because it has nothing installed only whatsApp.

My SD card is 1 GB already free.

It has the option . touch the box 2 times . and do the same for what's app . then power off device and power back and now what is the space reading

Can you go to SD card and see what apps are on the card .
