Root low quadrant scores on cm9 build 8?

My quadrant scores after flashing cm9 build 8 to my fascinate are only around 1200 to 1250. I was scoring 1200 when my phone was completely stock and read someone else was hotting 1500s.

Did I do something wrong? What kind of quadrant scores is everyone else getting?

Also, is anybody running an overclockable kernel with this build? If so, which one?
