Low Signal Strength

[Android Question]

I live in the country and have a low (1 bar) to no signal strength in my home. Is there any way to connect my galaxy 4 to my wifi at home so I would be able to send a receive calls with my wireless number?

Welcome to AF, unless your carrier provides VOIP on WiFi there is no other way without additional charges.
