Low storage space, how?

[Android Question]

So..I have a Huawei Ascend Y Android and I also have a 16GB memory card. But, even i states I still have 13.46GB left over and all my apps are moved over to my sd card. It still says I have low storage space. Its confusing me.

I suggest you install "android system info" by electric sheep from the playstore so that you have a clear picture of the problem. You may gain a lot of space by clearing the cache used by each app. History eraser can do this easily for you.

Agreed with the above poster.
You can also get an idea of cache status by going into Settings > Manage apps. Once there, go to the "All" tab and press the Menu button. There will be an option to "Sort by size." The top 10 or so will be the largest memory users. Although some of them are likely to be legitimately large apps, most will have a large cache size. Clear them out, reboot, and see if your issue remains.

BTW, if your device is unrooted, only the app's data is moved to the sd card, not the app itself.
