I started a new thread about this as the old one is not helping me.
Low volume in phone calls with the Samsung ear phones pluged in.
ok what i find is that the right channel (the one with the mic and button on the wire ) has low volume compared to the left. This is only in phone mode. it is not the ear plugs as when i plug them in to my MP3 player they are fine. If I plug in my JVC ear plugs i have the same problem. In all other modes it is fine, the same volume in both ears. I like to put only 1 ear plug in most of the time so i use the right one as it has the mic on it. I can listen to tunes ok but as soon as it switches to phone mode it is so quiet.
Can i ask you all to try this next time any of you are using ear plugs. See if putting just the right plug in your ear then listen to a phone call. then put the left one in and see if makes a big differance.
