Low volume sound cut out.

Hi, I'm not one for listening to loud music, I sometimes use my note to play music through headphones as I go to sleep.in these situations I want the quietest volume during however when I do this done parts of the track get missed out, sort of like it's skipping.this stops when I put the volume up to 2 which isn't a problem but just wondering if anyone else had had this?
