LPP and ADW

Just got my X, and was going to try out a couple of the launchers.

Tried Launcher Pro Plus last night and couldnt seem to get it to work. Launched it directly from AppBrain and then enter my code for plus. Screens didnt look anything like I saw in the sample pictures.

So was going to try ADW and on Appbrain it states the latest version only supports 2.2? Since I am still on 2.1 not sure I can load it and run it?

Are you sure you had LP running? After installing LP, if you hit the home key, you should have options there, like which default home launcher to run.

I like the scrolling dock a lot as well. Tbh when I first used LPP I switched back to stock. Then, after watching a youtube vid on some features of LPP I tried using it again, and I'm hooked. I think there's just a slight learning curve to figure out all of the options and such. Once I found out all it could do, I'm sticking with it.
 
Try both and use the one you like better. LP is nice, but I found ADW to run smoother on my phone with all the features that I used in LP, so I stuck with ADW (for now, at least).
