LSAT.. i am thinking about going back and geting a law degree

I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole either!!!!! but...hey...it's cheaper than law school:) I know California allows it...but you know....It's Californ I A :D:D
everyone loves each other...and they have double rainbows and unicorns:p:p ...and everything even just a little bit harmful or unfair is frowned upon with hugs...probably don't need many lawyers there anyhow..

Don't shoot Don't shoot!!!!! just kidding....

hhhmmm.....

$100K tuition vs $1k test.

take a shot.. roll the dice..
hhhhmm.... in poker.. i would take that bet. $100k pot .. $1k to buy in.
but.. if there is only 1 card in the deck to get the win.. at the river? hhhmm....

You will need to take a bar exam prep course, regardless of if you went to law school or not. That's another $2k-$3k on top of the fees for the exam itself, possibly more. It will also take about 4 months of your life away for study time. My friend passed the Kansas one on the first try, but a cousin-in-law took the California one multiple times before he passed it.

Licensing and certification exams ostensibly used to be about enforcing a certain level of competence to do a job. Today they are about enforcing payment for one or more preparation courses and materials.
