Help LTE Functionality Test

In my Indulge I used to use AnyCut to access the LTE Func. Test to turn on/off 4g. It seems the Esteem doesn't have this feature. Anyone know of another way to turn 4g on/off?
 
well all i do is turn off data all together when not using it. settings-wireless&networks-mobile networks-uncheck data enabled...check it to enable it
 
Best i could find with any cut was lte network management. It turns data off but you can still use the phone

The Esteem has an option to turn off Data only. Which will keep your sms and voice radio active.

Meaning you can still send/recevie text message and make and answer calls.

Turning off Auto Sync will GREATLY increase your batter life, as well as individual app notication intervals. Set them to off or manual.
