After attempting about everything I know , that could possibly fix the late speed , I've haven't reached any fix to my problem. So I ask does anybody know a fix or something I can do ??

About a week ago I pay the cell phone bill... During that exact time I was using pacman ROM but notice that data wasn't working at all so switched back to cm12.1 couple minutes later I notice my YouTube video buffering quite alot and ran speed test the max I've got was .96 ms .

1. who is your service provider and what kind of data plan are you on?

2. which apn are you using?

3. is it only certain apps that have slow bandwidth?

4. the obvious... preferred network type is set to LTE?

5. does it do a lot of switching between LTE and 3g or 2g?

6. did you restore a previous CM install? or fresh install?

Reboot to twrp and clear your cache and dalvik cache. Mine has done it to me three times just this morning.
