Haha yeah I guess, but thats easy to say for you because you have a readily available phone nor do you have 4GB of Bloat.... And our storage is only 8GB so 1/2 is for bloat...

Either way I ordered a Droid Incredible (Yeah THIS Droid
Got it on Ebay for $19 and gonna run CM11 on it and use it as my main until we get CM or another rom for out Lucid 3's

Well theres root guides out right now so that must mean we are getting close to a ROM and Recovery... Can't wait..

Nope, since this is a lucid device we need bootloader unlock first.
Everyone spam this issue with comments and harrass djrbliss till he gets us an unlock. then i can build for the device.
